
A year-old Schaumburg man was free on bond Friday after he was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a woman as she walked on a path in a northwest suburban forest preserve, authorities said. He was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault and kidnapping, authorities said. Patterson is required to wear an electronic monitoring device while out on bond and was ordered to have no contact with the year-old woman, authorities said.

If convicted of the felonies, he faces up to 30 years in prison.
